SNP Genotyping
Deerac Fluidics Equator GX1 and GX8 systems are ideally suited to precision dispensing of nanolitre and microlitre volumes of costly master mixes used in the process of SNP genotyping. In some cases reductions of up to 20 fold in reagent use have been achieved. Significant increases in the quality and integrity of the genotyping data (>99% call rate) have also been recorded as well as an increase in throughput. Throughput gain is achieved whether switching from manual preparation to automation or complementing the existing automation already in use.
