PCR Set-Up
PCR reactions can benefit from the use of Equator liquid handling systems either for normal volume PCR reaction set up or to enable miniaturization. For example, PCR reactions as low as 2µL in total have provided sufficient levels of DNA for performing miniaturized sequencing reactions.
