Jürgen Osing PhD, Managing Director
Jürgen is a co-founder of Deerac Fluidics and has been managing the company since its inception. He has been directly involved in the development of the company’s spot-on™ technology at the outset of the company’s existence and has supervised the evolution from this into the Equator and Latitude product range. Jurgen has extensive experience in developing the commercial strategies for the company in relation to product development, business partnering, financial growth and human resource development. He has been responsible for guiding the company through the high growth rate and expansion experienced over the last four year period. He has also maintained an active role in the future core product and technology developments underway at the company.

David Lorenz Global VP, Marketing & Sales
Joining Deerac to manage sales and marketing activities is David Lorenz.  David brings a significant base of experience in the sales and marketing of life science research and automation products to Deerac.  Most recently David was VP of Sales and Marketing for DataCentric Automation and previously held a similar position at Cartesian Technologies.

Philip Hassell, Head of Research and Development
Philip Hassell has eight years experience in the development of automated and consumer products, the last four of which have been spent at Deerac Fluidics.
During his time at Deerac Fluidics he has developed the Equator™ and Latitude products including software, firmware and overall product operation. At present he is responsible for new product design, IP development and overall technical project management.
He has research M.Eng.Sc and 1st class honours B.E. degrees from the National University of Ireland.

Michael McGleenan, Operations Manager
Deerac recently promoted Michael McGleenan to the position of Operations Manager. Michael has been a member of the Deerac Fluidics team for more than three years, most recently as Quality and Test Manager.  In his new position, Michael is responsible for production, shipping and service. Michael has an MBA from University College Dublin.

Aoife Gallagher PhD, Head of Applications
Aoife is Head of Applications for Deerac, in this role she is responsible for the development of new applications for Deerac’s existing product portfolio, the development of new products from an applications perspective and the support of Deerac’s customers. Aoife has been with the company since January 2004, she holds a PhD in Immunology from the University of Edinburgh and a BSc in Genetics from Trinity College Dublin.
