Equator HTS

The Equator HTS system can be configured according to the specific requirements of the customers assay with interchanging of small or large volume capacity reservoirs, stirring devices and multiple wash stations.

Being able to interchange the layout of the deck on the Equator HTS ensures that the liquid handling system meets the growing requirement to be flexible and adaptable to a wide number of assays in 96, 384 and 1536 well plate format.

 





 



Features and Benefits

  • Wide dispense volume range 50nL to 50µL on demand. Validated assays with additions as low as 50nL.
  • 8 channel pipetting provides very low dead volumes in comparison with standard bulk dispense systems.
  • High throughput capability: 
    • With the increased aspirate function of 8mls in total a larger number of wells per aspirate cycle can be filled.
    • The Equator HTS can also be integrated with a wide array of stackers and other robotic equipment for full walk away automation.
  • Re-aspiration of liquid can occur during exchange of plates with stacking device maintaining similar throughput as that achieved with bulk dispense system.
  • Singular stirring device. enables homogeneous mixing of cells and beads.
  • Spotting of liquids. Software functionality enables liquids to be spotted in patterns onto flat surfaces or well plates for biomarker/multiplex assays.
  • FastWash mechanism allows for rapid washing of dispense tips.
  • Simple software package. Spot-station software is easy to use and set up methods.
  • Independent channel control enables gradient dispensing of liquids and the potential to dispense up to 8 different liquids. Excellent tool for developing assays.
  • Gradient function and wide dynamic volume range enables serial dilution and other concentration gradients to be performed. This is all controlled through simple software method set-up.
